Randolph Odi Consultancy & Investments (ROCI) has been created to provide consultancy advice and support to customers in the aviation market. It seeks to leverage the expert knowledge of its founder to provide unique service to Design organizations who are targeting Engineering work from leasing companies. ROCI will also work in the area of startups based in Africa and in Europe, to provide advice and/or invests in promising startups via the non-profit organization SEEDS.
ROCI is a sole proprietorship company and its founder Dr. Randolph Odi has more than 20 years gained in the aviation and aerospace sector, working for OEM like Airbus or Independent MRO such as SR Technics. Dr Odi’s experience both in the business and technical leadership of complex projects will benefit ROCI customers

ABOUT US

Randolph Odi Consulting & Investments (ROCI) was founded on 15th February 2021. It was borne out the idea to reconcile two areas of interests of its founder, Dr. Randolph Odi: Engineering Consultancy in the Aviation Sector and Investments Advice in relation to Start-ups, in particular in Africa.

ROCI aims primarily to provide support to any customer seeking to advance its understanding of Engineering as a key contributor to the business in Aviation. In particular, expert knowledge is provided in relation to Cabin Modifications, Structural Repairs, Structural Substantiation as well as project management of such projects. It stems from the owner’s more 20 years’ experience, with the last 4 years spent leading the Aircraft Services Engineering unit of SR Technics.

ROCI also will reach out to start-ups in Africa, to provide advice on how to improve their reach for quality technical and business skills but also potential business partners who will invest in them
